At Z-KIDS, your satisfaction and your little one’s comfort mean the world to us. We’ve crafted a thoughtful Return & Refund Policy to ensure your shopping experience is just as gentle as our products. Read on to know how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements with care.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of babywear, some hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Return Process:

Returning something? Here’s how:

Drop us a message at support@zkids.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention your order number, item details, and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the next steps — whether it’s a reverse pickup (where available) or shipping it back to us.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy:

We process refunds with the same care we put into packing your products:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

You can choose between:

    ~ Original payment method refund, or

    ~ Store credit for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We go above and beyond to ensure your Z-KIDS order arrives in perfect condition. But if something’s not quite right:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

While we’re not liable for courier mishaps, we’ll always do our best to help make things right.

Non-Returnable Items:

We’re sure you’ll understand that the following items cannot be returned:

~ Personalized or custom-made products.

~ Items purchased on final sale or during clearance.

~ Products marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (like certain innerwear or washcloths).

We encourage you to double-check product details and sizing before placing your order.
